Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns strictly under the following circumstances:

• The product is defective or physically damaged upon delivery
• An incorrect item was delivered
• A verified manufacturing defect confirmed by our technical inspection

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-manufactured or made-to-order products
• Custom wiring harness assemblies
• Special order or non-stock items
• Used or installed electrical components
• Products damaged due to improper installation or handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

• Provide the order number and product details
• Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review the request and respond within two to three (2–3) business days. Approved returns will receive detailed shipping instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days and issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us. For bulk industrial orders, refund terms may vary according to mutually agreed commercial arrangements.

5. Damage During Shipping

If a product is damaged during transit, customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items and are limited to replacement with the same product originally purchased through our website.
